The 135-chapter evidence-based text was then edited by the nine spine surgeons representing Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, Germany, India, Japan, and the United States. Whether someone is a trainee or an expert spine surgeon, our hope is that this international textbook of spinal surgery is a glimpse into how the rest of the world is effectively caring for their patients.
